Job summary

Team Fishel, a long-standing leader in utility construction, is hiring Survey Crew Leaders in Columbus, OH. You will supervise a survey crew and conduct surveys, preparing field notes and sketches while ensuring accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include operating survey equipment, interpreting maps and plans, and training teammates. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; travel as needed. Team Fishel provides training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Operate and train others in survey equipment including conventional and electronic instruments and computers.
• Computer experience is desired.
• Must be proficient with MS Word and Excel.
• Possess good interpersonal skills, and effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel overnight and work overtime as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish experience is a plus.

• Know principles of staking and marking.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Team Fishel, the Best Choice for Utility Construction and Network Installation, is hiringSurvey Crew Leaders within the Columbus, Ohio Professional Services Group. The Survey Crew Leader will be responsible for conducting surveys; performing complex survey duties; supervising the survey crew, and performing related work as required.

• Comprehensive understanding of survey principles, methods, and practices.
