Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Survey Crew Chief
• Strong experience with large boundary surveys and power/renewable energy projects
• Proven background in construction staking and land development (residential, commercial, mixed-use)
• Expertise using Trimble equipment and Trimble Business Center
• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans, plats, and survey data with confidence
• Strong communication and leadership skills—keeping your crew aligned and projects on track
• High attention to detail and pride in delivering accurate, reliable work
• Flexibility to travel occasionally for large-scale or specialized projects
