The Will Group invites applications for a Survey Crew Chief in Shorewood, Illinois. This role focuses on leading field survey operations across infrastructure, utility, and land development projects for TWG Engineering.

You will mentor crews, perform boundary, ALTA, topo, utility, and construction staking surveys, and operate Trimble GPS and robotic total stations while coordinating daily field activities to ensure accuracy and quality at safe sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Survey Crew Chief
• Experience with boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction surveys
• Trimble GPS and robotic total station experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for quality work and mentoring others

Responsibilities
