We specialize in boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking. We’re looking to add key individuals to help us build the premier land surveying firm in central Indiana.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Survey Crew Chief to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable with robotic total stations and GPS. Responsibilities include performing field surveys on a one or two-person survey crew, including construction staking, topographic, and boundary surveys. Excellent communication skills are essential to interact clearly with clients, co-workers, peers, and the public.

Qualifications:

1. High School diploma or equivalent
2. Positive, can-do attitude
3. 2+ years of relevant experience
4. Proficiency with GPS, Total Station, and Data Collectors
5. Ability to organize field notes
6. Ability to read construction plans
7. Ability to execute field staking
8. Strong math skills
9. Valid driver’s license
10. Reliable transportation
11. Some travel required, varies
