Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Our firm is seeking a career-minded individual for a Survey Crew Chief position.

Qualifications include:

• Ability to read and understand plans
• Experience with robotic total stations and GPS equipment
• Performing ALTA, boundary, and topographic surveys, as well as construction staking

Responsibilities

• Writing descriptions of boundary surveys for legal documentation
• Collaborating with team members, mentoring, and leading
• Having knowledge of field instrumentation and technical software such as AutoCAD Civil3D
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting to ensure quality deliverables
• Monitoring projects from start to finish and interacting with clients
• Playing a hands-on design role, integral to operations
• This is a leadership role with long-term growth potential

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of related surveying experience
• Proficiency with Trimble Business Center and Carlson Survey software
• Operation of GIS software
• Motivation to deliver quality work efficiently
• Comprehensive understanding of the surveying process from start to finish
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
