Job Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a survey crew, ensuring accurate and timely completion of surveying tasks.
2. Operate and maintain surveying equipment, including total stations and data collectors.
3. Conduct and oversee surveying activities for large infrastructure projects, including roadway, utilities, and land development.
4. Implement high-definition scanning techniques and processes as required.
5. Coordinate with project managers and engineers to provide precise measurements and data.
6. Train and mentor junior crew members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
7. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies on all projects.
8. Assist in the preparation of survey reports and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience and/or Education with Total Stations, Digital or automatic Levels, Laser Scanners, and GNSS Systems.
• Experience and knowledge of Topographic Surveying and Boundary and Right of Way Investigation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year.
