What is the opportunity?

As an Enablement Instructor and Team Lead, you’ll join the Product Specialist and Technical Enablement team within the Product Management organization. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and delivering world-class enablement content for our customers, partners, and internal teams. You’ll lead a globally distributed enablement team, driving high-quality training material, overseeing lab environments, and supporting major enablement events.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where creativity, collaboration, and execution are key. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define strategy, deliver content, and ensure our enablement ecosystem supports business growth.

What will you do at Omnissa?

  • Content Creation: Develop instructor-led and on-demand training content to support Omnissa's global audience.
  • Instruction & Delivery: Conduct live training sessions for internal teams, partners, and customers.
  • Team Leadership: Guide a team of content creators, ensuring alignment to strategic goals and timelines.
  • Planning & Execution: Partner with leadership to define and execute the yearly content roadmap.
  • Event Enablement: Lead and participate in major enablement events, including Omnissa ONE.
  • Lab Strategy: Build hands-on lab experiences aligned with course content, accessible both on-demand and live.

What will you bring to Omnissa?

  • 6+ years of experience in content creation and technical training, preferably in SaaS or tech.
  • 5+ years of experience managing hands-on technical labs.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team, ideally distributed across time zones.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to craft and deliver impactful messaging.
  • High attention to detail and a strong editorial/content review mindset.
  • Passion for problem-solving and the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly, including internationally.

Location: US Remote

Location Type/Travel: Remote – up to 50% travel required for events and customer engagements.
