Job summary

gpac partners with a Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firm to add a Survey Crew Chief to their growing team, with minimal local travel. You will perform right of way, design, and construction surveys for highway and municipal projects, organize field notes, and monitor projects from start to finish while interfacing with clients.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in land surveying, proficiency with boundary/ALTA/topographic surveys and construction staking, and experience with AutoCAD, Civil3D,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in land surveying.
• Experience with boundary, ALTA, topographic surveys and construction staking.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil3D.
• Experience using Trimble GPS and robotics equipment.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a 2-person crew.
• Strong understanding of surveying processes from start to finish.

I am partnered with a Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firm and they are looking to add a Survey Crew Chief to their growing team! Minimal local travel.

Surveying services within my client include: LiDAR Scanning, Drone Services, boundary, topographic, ALTA, construction taking, and more

What You Will Be Doing

• Perform right of way, design, and construction surveys for highway, municipal, and roadway projects
• Ability to organize field notes and execute field staking
• Monitoring projects from start to finish, interacting with clients

What You Will Need

• 3+ years of experience in land surveying
• Experience with boundary, ALTA, topographic surveys as well as construction staking
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil3D
• Experience using Trimble GPS and Robotics equipment
• Ability to work independently or as part of a 2-person crew
• Well-developed understanding of surveying process, start to finish
