Survey Crew Chief– Westfield, IN

Employment Type: Consultant-to-Hire (9 months)

Pay Range:$30–$45/hour (based on experience)

Start Time:7:00 AM daily | 40+ hours/week | Very Minimal weekend work

What You’ll Do:

• Lead fieldwork for topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys
• Execute construction layout tasks with precision
• Interpret construction plans and perform accurate survey computations
• Maintain detailed field notes and ensure equipment is in top condition
• Use Trimble surveying equipment for high-quality data collection
• Travel occasionally (up to 1 week per quarter, all expenses paid)

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as a Survey Crew Chief
• Proficiency in construction layout surveys (other survey types a plus)
• Ability to pass a drug test, pre-employment check, and MVR check
• Reside within 60–75 minutes of Westfield, IN

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
