Job Description

As a survey crew/party chief, you will perform diverse survey tasks across various projects, including construction staking, boundary, topography, and ALTA surveys. Working under the guidance of our land survey manager, you will apply your knowledge of field concepts, practices, and procedures to ensure project success. This role involves working in different terrains and weather conditions and offers opportunities for project management responsibilities such as project research, boundary calculations, and planning.

Qualifications

• Passion for teamwork, ownership, and community impact
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• At least 4 years of experience with a licensed surveyor
• Experience with construction staking, boundary, topography, and ALTA surveys preferred
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Alertness and commitment to safety

Compensation and Benefits

Salary ranges from $30 to $35 USD per hour, depending on experience and location. Benefits include health care, vision, dental, paid time off, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), 401(k) match, wellness programs, performance bonuses, and flexible work arrangements.
