Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant surveying experience.
• Experience working with survey field crews and production.
• Proficient in AutoCAD/Civil3D and/or Bentley OpenRoads.

Responsibilities

• Perform survey related calculations and produce survey plats.
• Prepare topographic base maps for engineering design teams.
• Conduct deed research and write legal descriptions from field data.
• Input various deeds and plats and compare with field evidence affecting property rights.
• Assist with CADD final mapping using LiDAR, GPS, photogrammetry, and scanning data.
