Job summary

Arcadis in Atlanta, GA seeks a Senior Survey Coordinator/Project Manager to lead field-to-finish survey data processing with minimal supervision and a strong focus on quality. You will interpret deeds and maps, prepare final mapping, QA/QC, and coordinate field crews, schedules, and project finances while delivering topographic and boundary deliverables for high-level clients.

Requires GA survey license and ability to obtain TN, IN, NC and SC licenses, plus proficiency with AutoCAD Civil3D and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in surveying and Mapping or Geomatics is required.
• 15+ years’ relevant experience.
• GA Survey License and ability to get TN, IN, NC, and SC licenses if not already obtained.

Responsibilities

• Communication with survey team members, internal & external project stakeholders
• Coordination of project & personnel schedules
• Preparation and/or review of project proposals
• Attending and/or occasionally conducting department meetings
• Maintaining knowledge of project finances
• Conducting final project QA/QC functions
• Overseeing status of equipment / supplies/ company vehicles
• Facilitating survey employee relations
