Job summary

Arcadis seeks a Senior Survey Coordinator/PM to join our Atlanta team. You will oversee field-to-finish survey processing, coordinate field crews, manage project finances, and prepare final maps and legal descriptions for high-level clients.

Ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in surveying/geomatics, 15+ years of experience, and licensure eligibility across several states. Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil3D and Bentley software is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in surveying and Mapping or Geomatics required.
• 15+ years’ relevant experience.
• GA Survey License and ability to get licenses in TN, IN, NC, SC.
• Experience managing field crews and production.
• Proficient in AutoCAD/Civil3D/Bentley software.

Responsibilities

• Communication with survey team members, internal & external project stakeholders.
• Coordination of project & personnel schedules.
• Preparation and/or review of project proposals.
• Attending and/or occasionally conducting department meetings.
• Maintaining knowledge of project finances.
• Conducting final project QA/QC functions.
• Overseeing status of equipment / supplies / company vehicles.
• Facilitating survey employee relations.
