NEAS in Columbus, OH is seeking a Survey CAD Technician to join our expanding survey department. You will perform survey computations, data reduction, and prepare drawings such as Record of Survey plats and ROW plans using MicroStation/OpenRoads.

The role is primarily office-based with some field work, requires 3+ years experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and the MS Office suite; familiarity with ODOT projects is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of survey experience in a U.S. engineering context.
• Experience with MicroStation/OpenRoads a plus
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Detail oriented and organized

Responsibilities

• Perform survey computations and data reduction
• Prepare Record of Survey plats and ROW plans
• Create backup documentation and Excel spreadsheets
• Occasional field work as needed
