Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical training preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D (2D & 3D).
• Experience with survey plans, boundary surveys and data.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare boundary surveys, existing conditions plans, topographic surveys, route surveys, deed plots and other deliverables.
• Import and process survey field data within AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Create accurate base maps, surfaces, profiles and cross sections.
• Prepare and revise municipal tax maps.
• Ensure all drawings meet CAD standards and quality expectations.
• Coordinate with field crews and project managers to deliver accurate, timely deliverables.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
