Civil and Environmental Consultants in Houston, TX is seeking a Survey CAD Technician to assist with topographic survey maps, boundary surveys, and construction staking. You will work closely with a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor and contribute to creating digital terrain models.

Qualifications

• Experience processing survey data and building 3D site models with Trimble Business Center.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D experience required.
• Experience in construction staking and layout.
• Field survey experience is a plus.
• Experience with aerial photography and LiDAR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing topographic survey maps and subdivision plans.
• Use construction plans and CAD files for survey field crews.
• Build and check digital terrain models for construction guidance.
