Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in surveying, CAD, or civil/site development.
• Strong Civil 3D (AutoCAD) proficiency.
• Experience with UAV/drone data (Pix4D, DroneDeploy, etc.).
• Background in training or mentoring others.
• Understanding of grading, utilities, and construction layout.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

CAD / Survey Manager - Middle Tennessee | $85K+ Base + Bonus

About the Company

A growing, mid-size surveying and engineering firm in Middle Tennessee is looking to add a key leader to its team. The company has a strong backlog of work, a stable client base, and is actively investing in building out its internal survey/CAD capabilities. This hire will play a big role in shaping that growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role; not just production. You'll be responsible for leading CAD and survey operations while developing junior team members and setting the standard for quality and efficiency.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in surveying, CAD, or civil/site development
