Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Survey Technician to join our team.

This position will assist Registered Professional Surveyors with CAD production, deed research, boundary analysis, easement preparation, legal description, and computing survey points. Ideal candidates will have experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center, strong communication and multitasking skills, and a willingness to support field crews and office staff.

Qualifications

• Assists Registered Professional Surveyors with CAD production, deed research, boundary analysis, easement preparation, legal descriptions, and computing survey points.
• Process raw field data through Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D.
• Perform QA/QC checks.
• Coordinate and work with field crews and other office staff.
• Ensures division, regional, and company values, policies and practices are followed.
• Lead by example with judgement, values, trust and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assists Registered Professional Surveyors with CAD production, deed research, boundary analysis, easement preparation, legal descriptions, and computing survey points.
• Processing of raw field data through Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D
• Perform QA/QC checks
• Coordinate and work with field crews and other office staff
• Ensures division, regional, and company values, policies and practices are consistently followed
