This role works under the responsible charge of a Professional Land Surveyor. The position requires typical duties such as assisting with project tasks, potential travel for courthouse research, and collaboration with field crews.

Qualifications

• Assists Professional Land Surveyors with CAD production and boundary analysis.
• Researches legal descriptions and prepares easements.
• Performs QA/QC checks on deliverables and computations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Professional Land Surveyor with project tasks and scheduling.
• Evaluate property boundaries in metes and bounds contexts.
• Travel occasionally for courthouse research and field coordination.
