Job summary

Bluebird Staffing seeks a seasoned Professional Land Surveyor to lead its Survey and Mapping practice across the region. This executive role oversees operations, drives strategic growth, and mentors high-performance teams delivering boundary, topographic, construction, and geospatial surveys.

You will manage client relationships, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and advance new technologies and service offerings. A Virginia PLS reciprocity path is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Professional Land Surveyor license required.
• 10+ years of progressive surveying experience including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong background in boundary, topographic, construction, and geospatial surveying.
• Proven experience managing teams, budgets, and client relationships.
• Excellent communication, business development, and leadership skills.
• Virginia PLS license or reciprocity preferred.
