Churchill Downs Incorporated is seeking a Surveillance Technician at Owensboro Racing & Gaming to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install surveillance systems and related electronics across the property. You will support radios, digital systems, and ensure safety through reliable technology.

The role requires hands-on technical work, good problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced gaming/racing environment. A high school diploma or GED, plus relevant experience, is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on surveillance systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair cameras, digital systems, and related equipment.
• Install new surveillance equipment across the property.
• Respond to malfunctions, provide on-call support as needed.
• Program handheld radios and base stations used by Surveillance.
• Review service requests to determine best solutions.
• Maintain maintenance logs and records.
• Monitor inventory of parts and supplies.
• Operate testing tools safely during installation and repair.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly.
