Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of two years of surveillance experience in a gaming environment.
• Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Kentucky gaming/racing license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor surveillance systems to detect non-compliance or regulatory violations.
• Serve as shift lead by supervising Surveillance Operators and providing direction.
• Oversee real-time monitoring of the gaming floor, back-of-house areas, cage, vault, and restricted locations.
• Ensure daily surveillance logs and reports are completed accurately and reviewed promptly.
• Assist with investigations by gathering evidence and reviewing video footage for leadership and regulatory authorities.
