Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Surveillance Equipment Technician to diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic surveillance systems, delivering superior service to internal and external customers. You will perform preventive maintenance, manage parts replacement, and assist in training junior technicians, with emphasis on safety and accuracy.
The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, working varied shifts, and passing background and drug screenings.

POSITION SUMMARY
The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. The incumbent is also responsible for performing a wide variety of diagnoses and repairs of surveillance equipment, with infrequent assistance; possesses extensive knowledge of both mechanical and electronic aspects of surveillance equipment repair; provides training or assistance to lesser experienced technicians.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
(Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis)
These skills are typically acquired through the completion of an A.A. degree in Electronics and one year surveillance equipment experience, or through a minimum of two years’ progressive surveillance equipment experience
Ability to maintain all Regulatory licenses within assigned state of employment
Must successfully pass background check
Must successfully pass an alcohol and drug screening
