Job summary

San Manuel in Highland, CA is seeking a Surveillance Infrastructure Technician to install, deploy, maintain, and optimize surveillance systems across properties. You will interpret schematics, configure components, and ensure system integrity in gaming environments while complying with tribal and federal requirements.

This role requires collaboration with IT, facilities, and vendors, hands-on use of fiber, copper, and IP-based networks, and on-call readiness to resolve critical issues 24/7.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Vocational/Technical certification in Low Voltage, Surveillance IT, or related field is required.
• Must obtain FOI certification within 1 year of start.

Responsibilities

• Installs, configures, monitors, maintains and troubleshoots surveillance components.
• Deploys cabling infrastructure: fiber, CAT6, power cables; labels and tests.
• Processes work orders and provides status reporting; supports audits.
• Operates lifts/tools; collaborates with IT, DPS, Facilities and vendors.
• Maintains inventory and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Responds to 24/7 on-call enterprise tech support requests.
