GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Surveillance Security Officer!

Ready to suit up as a Surveillance Security Guard? Your sharp eye and attention to detail are crucial for this role. You will be monitoring security systems, spotting threats early, and ensuring safety in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

What’s In It For You

• Site Location: Des Moines, IA
• Set schedule: Full-time, Friday, Monday, Tuesday, 1st Shift, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Saturday, Sunday, 1st Shift, 4 a.m. to 12 p.m.
• Hourly wage: $20/hour (DailyPay available)

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems for suspicious activity
• Document incidents and write detailed reports

• Ensure safety of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass extensive screening
• Strong report writing and observation skills
• Proficiency with technology
• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience preferred
• Ability to obtain/maintain Iowa Private Security License (GardaWorld will assist)
