Avi Resort & Casino in Laughlin, NV is seeking a Surveillance Supervisor to assist with day-to-day operations and direct supervision of assigned activities within the Surveillance department. You will oversee the department and shifts as assigned, ensuring daily operations meet guest expectations.

The role requires responding to escalated concerns from guests and employees, and delivering outstanding service in a hospitality/casino environment while maintaining security standards.

Qualifications

• Assist with training, developing, measuring performance, disciplining, and/or scheduling department staff, as assigned.
• Ensures proper reports and logs are being compiled accurately by Surveillance Operators.
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude toward customers and fellow team members. Show a genuine enthusiasm for working in the hospitality/casino industry and/or working with the public.
• Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
