Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is seeking a full-time Surveillance Officer for Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. You will monitor surveillance across the property and produce timely reports on violations and activities to support guest and team member safety.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, ability to obtain a state gaming license, and strong communication and computer skills. Evening/night shifts are included, with comprehensive benefits offered by Delaware North.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year related experience.
• Able to obtain and maintain state gaming license.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage crowds effectively.
• Computer skills including e-mail, word processing, spreadsheets, routine database activity, and record keeping.
• Basic knowledge and/or training in investigations.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all areas of the property, including gaming and cage activity, food/beverage activity, and security of the facility and property.
• Produce written reports and logs on observed violations and illegal activity in a timely manner.
• Ensure that cameras and computer systems are operational at all times.
• Ensure that state racing and gaming regulations and policies are followed.
• Comply with confidentiality regulations regarding all surveillance information and investigations.

As a Surveillance Officer, you will be conducting facility-wide surveillance camera operations to assist in the protection and safety of the property for guests and team members.
