Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is seeking full-time and part-time Table Games Floor Supervisors to join our team at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. As a Floor Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensure a smooth, professional, and courteous guest experience, and uphold game integrity.

Qualifications

• Must be [XX] years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory and professional poker dealing experience.
• Must be able to demonstrate the standard level of skills, knowledge, and performance in the various types of poker games offered at the facility.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• No college degree required.

• Protect the integrity of games through observation and following appropriate procedures.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to table game players.
• Handle any guest concerns and inform necessary personnel of any unusual requests or plays.
