Delaware North Gaming is seeking a full-time Player Rewards Supervisor for Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. You will oversee guest services operations, ensure guest needs are met, and manage promotions and staff schedules.

Required: high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in guest services; casino marketing experience is a plus and the ability to obtain a state gaming license. Microsoft Office skills are expected.

The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Player Rewards Supervisor to join our team at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. As a Player Rewards Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing operations and ensuring that guest needs are being met in a positive manner.

Pay $17.00 - $17.00 / hour
