Command Investigations, LLC is seeking Surveillance Investigators to join a dynamic team engaged in field surveillance across diverse assignments. This role offers frequent travel, early starts, and a fast-paced environment requiring integrity and independence.

The position pays $25-$30 per hour with benefits including PTO, health/vision/dental, 401(k), and travel-related incentives. Schedules vary; overtime, weekends, and holidays are common.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years demonstrated Private Investigator experience (not law enforcement or military).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with clean DMV record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Computer skills to upload video and still images.
• Must carry personal auto insurance with liability limits.
• Ability to work independently, provide excellent customer service, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and work the required schedule, including starting as early as 3:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveillance investigations by observing, tracking, and documenting subjects’ activities.
• Capture detailed video evidence and prepare comprehensive client reports.
• Perform vehicular and on-foot surveillance with discretion.
• Develop pre-surveillance plans tailored to each location and case.
• Record and document findings through video and written reports.
• Submit reports and video evidence within required timeframes.
• Communicate with team leaders regarding positions, observations, and strategy.
• Utilize surveillance equipment and investigative software while maintaining confidentiality.
