Pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour with full-time benefits and opportunities for growth. The position involves on-the-road work with potential overnight stays and requires flexibility for early start times and longer shifts.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in surveillance or investigative work preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean DMV record.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment tasks.
• Excellent judgment, discretion, and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveillance by observing, tracking, and documenting subjects’ activities.
• Record video evidence and prepare comprehensive client reports.
• Perform vehicular and on-foot surveillance with discretion and cover.
• Develop pre-surveillance plans tailored to each location and case.
• Submit reports and video evidence within required timeframes.
• Communicate observations and strategy with team leaders.
• Utilize surveillance equipment and investigative software.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal/ethical standards.
• Travel and overnight stays as needed.
