We are seeking dedicated surveillance investigators to join our team. This role offers opportunities for career development in investigations, security, and law enforcement, including potential pathways to agencies like the FBI, ATF, US Border Patrol, and others.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring, tracking, and recording subjects during their routines.
• Vehicular and on-foot pursuits while maintaining covert operations.
• Developing pre-surveillance plans and generating comprehensive reports.
• Communicating with team leaders about tactical approaches.

Requirements:

• Valid Private Investigator license (where applicable).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum age of 21.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight for remote assignments.
• Proficiency with web-based technology, digital surveillance equipment, and software.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays, with early start times (as early as 5:00 am) and occasional evening shifts.
• Valid Driver’s License, clean DMV record, and auto insurance with specified liability limits.

Equipment: Investigators must provide their own vehicle with dark tint, smartphone, laptop with Microsoft Word, digital camcorder, and covert camera.

Compensation and Benefits: Includes performance incentives, biweekly pay, 401(k), health, vision, and life insurance, paid time off, referral program, paid travel time, vehicle allowance, report writing time, training, and expense reimbursements.

Additional notes: Investigators must maintain vehicle insurance with Command Investigations listed as interested party, and may not carry firearms during investigations despite licenses. Willingness to procure personal equipment and work flexible schedules is required. Travel within local or regional areas is expected.
