Responsibilities

• Monitor operations to protect assets, ensure compliance with Internal Control Standards and policies.
• Maintain and operate CCTV system in monitor room.
• Observe, document and verify video footage and report unusual/suspicious activities.
• Communicate with other departments and ensure timely reviews and information relay to department heads.
• Ensure Surveillance Department logs are up to date and confidentiality policies followed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Surveillance Manager.
