Job summary

Aquarius Gaming, LLC is seeking a Surveillance Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Surveillance department and lead a team committed to integrity, safety, and compliance with gaming laws and internal controls.

You will supervise staff, coordinate investigations, manage surveillance technology, and partner with department heads and executive leadership to address high-risk matters while ensuring accurate reporting and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3 years of surveillance, security, or gaming industry experience; includes leadership or progressive responsibility in investigations, compliance, or security operations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence, coach, and resolve conflict across all levels
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, schedule, coach, evaluate, and manage department staff to support high performance
• Translate organizational goals into actionable plans and ensure timely delivery under leadership guidance
• Establish service standards within department, meeting guest expectations and operational goals
• Monitor surveillance activity to detect, investigate, and document potential gaming law violations and internal controls issues
• Lead special investigations and support investigators with case development, report writing, and resolution strategies
• Manage surveillance technology and equipment operations and coordinate with technical staff
