Job summary

Silverton is seeking a Surveillance Officer to monitor gaming operations and support areas during assigned shifts, ensuring security and loss prevention in line with Silverton values.

You will identify under-35 IDs, handle reports, coordinate with Security, document observations, and maintain compliance with state and federal gaming regulations while delivering guest service.

Qualifications

• 2 Years prior Casino Gaming Surveillance experience.
• Identification that establishes identity.
• Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States.
• Nevada Gaming Registration.
• Knowledge of state and federal laws relating to gaming operations and cash transactions.
• Ability to detect cheating/theft and take appropriate actions.
• Working knowledge of casino games, slots, cage and count procedures.

Responsibilities

• Surveil gaming operations and support areas on assigned shift.
• Monitor for irregularities and coordinate with Security.
• Notify leadership of pertinent information and observations concerning gaming and nongaming operations.
• Maintain video and audio library per procedures and directives.
• Write comprehensive reports on observed events and incidents.
