Qualifications include being a woman aged 21–43, having previously given birth, OB/GYN approval, stable home, U.S. citizenship or green card, and a non-smoking lifestyle. HIPAA and legal agreements are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Women ages 21 to 43
• Must have given birth to at least one child in your care
• Uncomplicated pregnancies and deliveries with OB/GYN approval to become pregnant
• Living in a stable and supportive environment
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• Healthy, non-smoking lifestyle; drug- and vape-free
• No felony convictions
• Willing to sign HIPAA and legal agreements (attorney consultation provided)
• Not receiving government financial assistance such as food stamps, housing aid, or cash assistance
• No prior surrogacy experience required
