Inclusive Surrogacy invites women to become surrogates to help families while supporting their own. This role offers compensation packages selected by you, along with comprehensive guidance and ongoing support through every step of the journey.

Applicants should be US residents aged 21–43 who have given birth, with OB/GYN approval, a stable home life, non-smoker status, and no felony convictions. HIPAA and legal agreements are required; government assistance must not be currently received.

Qualifications

• Women aged 21–43 years
• Must have given birth to at least one child
• Stable, supportive home environment
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• Healthy, non-smoking lifestyle; drug- and vape-free
• No felony convictions
• Willing to sign HIPAA and legal agreements
• Not receiving government financial assistance
• No prior surrogacy experience required

Responsibilities

• Assist Intended Parents through the journey with guidance and care
• Choose your own Intended Parent match and compensation package
• Coordinate medical and logistical aspects with support from the agency
• Receive ongoing payments and legal support throughout the process
