Job summary

Inclusive Surrogacy is seeking women to participate as surrogates in the United States. Selected candidates can choose from compensation packages aligned with medical and legal guidelines, with robust pre-pregnancy benefits and ongoing support through every step of the journey.

Eligible candidates are 21–43 years old, have had at least one healthy birth, and live in a stable environment. All medical and legal aspects are supported, with care coordinators and independent counsel provided.

Qualifications

• Women ages 21 to 43
• Must have given birth to at least one child in your care
• Uncomplicated pregnancies and deliveries with OB/GYN approval to become pregnant
• Living in a stable and supportive environment
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• Healthy, non-smoking lifestyle; drug- and vape-free
• No felony convictions
• Willing to sign HIPAA and legal agreements (attorney consultation provided)
• Not receiving government financial assistance such as food stamps, housing aid, or cash assistance
• No prior surrogacy experience required

Responsibilities

• Carry pregnancy through the surrogacy journey as agreed with the intended parent
• Maintain communication with the support team and medical providers
• Adhere to medical and legal guidelines throughout the process
