Inclusive Surrogacy is seeking individuals to become surrogates who want to help create families in a supportive, personalized setting. You will be matched with Intended Parents and can select from compensation packages that fit your needs and comfort.

Surrogates receive ongoing support, with HIPAA and legal agreements arranged through the agency. This role emphasizes a caring, informed journey for both surrogate and intended parents.

Qualifications

• Women ages 21 to 43.
• Must have given birth to at least one child.
• Uncomplicated pregnancies and deliveries with OB/GYN approval to become pregnant.
• Living in a stable and supportive environment.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Healthy, non-smoking lifestyle; drug- and vape-free.
• No felony convictions.
• Willing to sign HIPAA and legal agreements (attorney consultation provided).
• Not receiving government financial assistance such as food stamps, housing aid, or cash assistance.
• Not prior surrogacy experience required.
