Qualifications
- 21 to 43 years old
- Have given birth to at least one child
- Uncomplicated pregnancies with OB/GYN approval
- Stable and supportive home environment
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Healthy, non-smoking lifestyle; drug- and vape-free
- No felony convictions
- Willing to sign HIPAA and legal agreements (attorney consultation provided)
- Not receiving government financial assistance such as food stamps, housing aid, or cash assistance
- No prior surrogacy experience required
Responsibilities
- Match with Intended Parents and select compensation package
- Coordinate with medical teams and legal counsel
- Maintain open communication throughout the surrogacy journey
- Keep records up to date and comply with HIPAA
