Qualifications

• Must be a woman aged 21–43 with at least one prior birth.
• Uncomplicated pregnancies and deliveries with medical clearance.
• Live in a stable, supportive environment and be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Support intended parents through the surrogacy journey.
• Maintain open, honest communication with the agency and medical team.
• Adhere to HIPAA, legal agreements, and medical guidance throughout pregnancy.
