Candidates must meet the qualifications: ages 21–43, have given birth, OB/GYN clearance, stable living environment, U.S. citizenship or permanent residency, non-smoking lifestyle, and no felony convictions.

Qualifications

• Women ages 21 to 43.
• Must have given birth to at least one child.
• Uncomplicated pregnancies and deliveries with OB/GYN approval to become pregnant.
• Living in a stable and supportive environment.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Healthy, non-smoking lifestyle; drug- and vape-free.
• No felony convictions.
• Willing to sign HIPAA and legal agreements (attorney consultation provided).
• Not receiving government financial assistance such as food stamps, housing aid, or cash assistance.
• No prior surrogacy experience required.
