Qualifications

• Age 21–43 and have given birth to at least one child.
• Must have OB/GYN clearance for pregnancy.
• US citizen or permanent resident; stable, supportive home environment.
• Healthy, non-smoking lifestyle; no felony convictions.
• Willing to sign HIPAA and legal agreements; attorney consultation provided.
• Not receiving government financial assistance; surrogacy experience not required.
