Inclusive Surrogacy seeks qualified surrogates in the United States to help build families while receiving comprehensive support from the agency. Candidates must have had at least one birth, be 21–43, healthy, non-smoking, and a US citizen or permanent resident.

HIPAA and legal agreements are part of the process, with the agency guiding and protecting all parties. Surrogates can choose compensation packages that reflect their needs, with benefits both pre-pregnancy and during pregnancy, and

• Must have given birth to at least one child.
• US citizen or permanent resident.
• Healthy, non-smoking lifestyle; drug- and vape-free.
• Not receiving government financial assistance.

Responsibilities

• Support intended parents on their journey to parenthood.
• Sign HIPAA and legal agreements; attorney consultation provided.
• Participate in selecting compensation packages and matchmaking with Intended Parents.
