Qualifying surrogates may be 21–43, with at least one prior birth, OB/GYN approval, and US citizenship or permanent residency. Benefits cover IVF-related travel, stipends, legal counsel, and ongoing coordinator support throughout the journey.

Qualifications

• Women aged 21 to 43
• Must have given birth to at least one child
• Uncomplicated pregnancies with OB/GYN approval to become pregnant
• Living in a stable and supportive environment
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• Healthy, non-smoking lifestyle; drug- and vape-free
• No felony convictions
• Willing to sign HIPAA and legal agreements (attorney consultation provided)
• Not receiving government financial assistance such as food stamps, housing aid, or cash assistance
• No prior surrogacy experience required
