Qualifications

• Women ages 21–43.
• Must have given birth to at least one child.
• OB/GYN approval for pregnancy.
• Stable and supportive living environment.
• US citizen or permanent resident.
• Healthy, non-smoking lifestyle; drug- and vape-free.
• No felony convictions.
• Willing to sign HIPAA and legal agreements (attorney consultation provided).
• Not receiving government financial assistance (food stamps, housing aid, or cash assistance).
• No prior surrogacy experience required.
