Qualifications

• Women ages 21 to 43 authorized surrogate
• Must have given birth to at least one child in your care
• Uncomplicated pregnancies with OB/GYN approval
• Living in a stable and supportive environment
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• Healthy, non-smoking lifestyle; drug- and vape-free
• No felony convictions
• Willing to sign HIPAA and legal agreements (attorney consultation provided)
• Not receiving government financial assistance (e.g., food stamps, housing aid, or cash assistance)
• No prior surrogacy experience required
