• Must be a woman aged 21–43

• US citizen or permanent resident
• Healthy, non-smoking lifestyle; drug-free
• No felony convictions
• Willing to sign HIPAA and legal agreements
• Not receiving government financial assistance
• No prior surrogacy experience required
