Job summary

Radwell International is hiring a Buyer I (Surplus Purchasing) to research industrial products, evaluate market pricing, negotiate purchases, and process purchase orders for surplus inventory on-site in New Jersey. The role supports inventory growth and revenue objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while learning proprietary systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of related purchasing, operations, inventory, customer service, or administrative experience.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn proprietary systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Research industrial products and evaluate market pricing.
• Negotiate purchases and process purchase orders.
• Enter inventory lists and maintain data integrity.
• Support additional purchasing and inventory functions.
• Communicate with vendors regarding offers and orders.
