Responsibilities

• Physically receive and sort all incoming surplus items, updating records.
• Determine disposition of surplus to campus reuse, donation, resale, or disposal.
• Coordinate with IT Helpdesk to document and destroy hard drives.
• Prepare paperwork and assist customers with direct sales and deposits.
• Document gas cylinders and filling of LN2 tanks, ensuring correct delivery.
• Pickup and deliver small surplus items on campus.
